i need a runaround after not owning a car of my own for a good while. Needs to be dirt cheep. Will be treated as a project car so any condition considered.

Don't care really. Plenty about on eBay I've seen. Obviously it benefits me being a Honda tech so expecting a bit of work to put the car right. Looking around the £300 mark tops! Liking the look of eBay item 221716436839 what you reckon @SpeedyGee

That would make a nice project car for sure - a 5th Generation too. Didnt know they made diesel engines for the 5th Generation's

That Prelude is nice @FirstHonda - auto box isnt to my liking personally, but it looks like a steal at that price. What box you wanting @Beefy ? Manual or auto?

This one , the bodywork will need fair bit of attention, do you mind that ?

I thought you would be more into something that needs mechanical work ?

I'd like to hear the haggling conversation that started with...I'll give you £500 for it

^^Funny, I thought I'd seen a couple of 5th Generation diesels advertised, but they were probably listed wrong too...:Blushing:

It is a nice shape though. @Beefy what would be your preference, a small or large car? Would HH not have sight of some cheap trade-in cars that might be available, too?

Just thinking a bit laterally...what about something like this? There is (sort of) a Honda connection...looks like a bit of a steal for somebody who can do their own work.

I really like the look of the red Accord @Nels, the first link. Just hope that there isn't too much rust lurking unseen...

Silly question @Beefy - does it need to be a car, or would you consider a bike?

Get the red Accord beefy. It would make me feel better about myself when I parked next to it at work.
