Well having fixed my Yaw Rate Sensor, the next problem is .....

On harsh acceleration (pulling away fast from a junction etc), the engine cuts momentarily, and is cured by lifting off immediately and then re-accelerating. It has done it three times in the past fortnight. It's as if the fuel is instantly cut off - it's not the same sensation or behaviour as lifting off, where the revs 'run down'. This is like flicking an on/off switch.

Suspect throttle position sensor. Is this common? Does anyone have the part number?

    Could it be anything else?

Mine is a 2007 I-CDTI with 111k on the clock.

More like fuel filter causing fuel starvation.
When was it last changed and is it genuine Honda part?

Well, it has just been serviced (1,500 miles ago), and I suspect it was not a genuine Honda part.

How hard is it to change the filter? I'll do it myself.

If its not a genuine filter thats the problem.
There is a thread on here how to change its
I'd post it up for you but I'm on my iPhone.

    Thank you all.

Popping to the Honda dealership now to collect the genuine Honda part ........

The fitted filter won't be Honda, and it didn't do this before it was serviced .........
