Autocar reveals all of the stars expected at next week's Frankfurt motor show 2013The Frankfurt motor show takes place next month, with a large number of big-name car launches expected alongside new concept cars, facelifts and production models. Autocar's team of roving reporters will be bringing you the very latest from the show floor, but here's our pre-show roundup of what to expect at the show in 2013.

    Abarth 595 and 695
    Two editions of the range-topping 500 Abarth will feature a host of limited-edition kit.
    Alfa Romeo Giulietta facelift
    The 2014 Alfa Romeo Giulietta is the first model to receive Fiat Group's new JTDM diesel engine.
    Alpina B6 Gran Coupé
    BMW’s favourite tuner releases their version of the four door coupé. LHD only means no UK sales.
    Audi A8
    The mildest of facelifts but still worthwhile. No less than 25 individually controlled LEDs introduce adaptive lighting to the range.
    Audi MPV
    Audi’s first MPV, recently given the thumbs up by bosses, may make an appearance at Frankfurt.
    Audi Quattro
    770bhp V8 range topper. Hybrid power and 200mph top speed expected.
    Audi S3 cabriolet
    First-ever S3 cabriolet to get 296bhp and four-wheel drive. The model will reach production early next year.
    Bentley Continental GT V8 S and GTC V8 S
    New S versions of the Bentley Continental V8 coupé and drop-top get 521bhp and sharper handling.
    BMW 4-series
    After a wave of positive press reaction, this is your first chance to see the mid-size coupé in the flesh.
    BMW i3
    The small four-seat supermini i3 spearheads BMW's electric i brand, and will make its public debut.
    BMW i8
    All-new electric sports car will be seen in its final, production-ready specification for the first time.
    BMW Concept Active Tourer Outdoor
    BMW's Concept Active Tourer Outdoor is the latest look at the forthcoming 1-series GT.
    BMW X5

    One of three Mercedes-Benz hybrids to be revealed this year, the S500 promises 94.2mpg.
    Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG
    The £120,000 S-class range topper will feature a 577bhp twin-turbo 5.5-litre V8 engine.
    Nissan X-Trail
    The next-generation X-Trail will target the Ford Mondeo as well as other big saloons.
    Peugeot 208 Hybrid FE
    This highly modified 49g/km hybrid concept was built with input from Peugeot’s Le Mans team.
    Peugeot 308
    Peugeot is plotting a shift upmarket with the second generation of the 308, set to take on the Ford Focus and Volkswagen Golf.
    Peugeot 308 R
    270bhp and carbonfibre panels enliven the facelifted Focus rival. Will it see production?
    Peugeot 3008
    A large-scale makeover, and a new Hybrid4 version of the 3008 should widen appeal.

    Adaptive four-wheel drive, plastic cladding and a 20mm ground clearance hike mark out Vauxhall’s Allroad competitor.
    Vauxhall Monza
    Gullwing doors and LED dashboard hide serious production focus. The new corporate face and 1.0-litre range extender will see production soon.
    Volkswagen e-Golf
    190km range and VW’s first all-LED headlights for the electric Golf. CCS stations can achieve an 80 per cent charge in 30 minutes.
    Volkswagen e-Up
    An electric supermini that will do 100km for three euros. That’s 62 miles for £2.60 in old money.
    Volkswagen Golf R
    4.9 seconds to 60mph and 296bhp. Only quad tailpipes give the game away for the subtle high-speed Golf.
    Volvo Concept Coupé
    New head of design Ingenlath reveals his first concept. More details are expected later this week.
