    Hi all,

Recently acquired a '99 CR-V ES 2.0 manual petrol which I'm pretty happy with so far, but just wondering what sort of fuel consumption I should realistically be getting from it?

Appreciate it's going to be a bit more thirsty than smaller cars have had before, but it does seem to get through it. Still trying to work out properly, but as a rough estimate for town/rural driving I'd say is about 20mpg. Petrol gauge is a bit slugglish I think and warning light doesn't seem to work, so this is potentially complicating my estimates...

Anyway, does this seem about right?

    Thanks Andy, am now introduced!

Is on 117k, and not sure on service to be honest. Was on my horizon to sort it out, but will do what I can myself. Can do oil and filters anyway. What else might be worth looking at?
