Might not quite be an Accord, but finally we get a Honda saloon! Hopefully the coupe might make a return!

a real shame still punting diesel pollutant engines and only offering a small petrol engine and still the model gets bigger ,certainly not my idea of turkish delight :tut:

Well, it says "same range of engines" as the hatchback, but then does not mention the 1.5T. I hope they include it. I could buy that car with the 1.5 turbo.

update: I meant the report in Autoexpress says "same range":

True engine range isn't great. I would think they would put the 1.5 turbo in later like they did with the hatch which if i remember correctly came with 1.0 and diesel at launch.

Styling wise I think it looks nicer than the hatch - better proportions.

The current ranges of 3-cylinder 1 litre engines across many manufacturers are fine for most driving. Not ideal for those doing many motorway miles, but for the majority on our congested and camera infested roads, they're all that most of us really need.

    Pity no hybrid version.

Definitely looks better than the hatch. And I live in Scotland, 30 miles of M90 with no cameras between Dunfermline and Perth, so bring on the 1.5T :Whoosh:
