    has anyone managed to remove the front grill? if so how did you do it?

    Yes I have, its very easy, most helt on by around 5 plastic nuts. I will post up an image shortly.

    Go easy when taking the plastic screws off, there not that strong, and the screws they go into can be a little rusty. There not on tight so should come off easily and when putting them back on just hand tight is enough, otherwise you might end up breaking them.

    couldn't get the actual grill off as the nuts holding the bolts in just spin, but i have taken the rear chrome off and also the front badge
