I had a logitech harmony one remote which had been great until the screen went in it. Between you and me I think the wife sat on it but she denies it. Anyway, I thought id call logitech to see what they say. They just asked for pics of the remote with a case number by it. 2 weeks later they sent me a new Harmony Ultimate remote! Thats the best service I've ever had from any company! It goes to show that if something brakes don't just wright it off. Speak to the manufacture and see if theres anything they can do.
