Love the detail. Keep it up!
This is a brilliant project. More pics please!
This is so so amazing. Really good workmanship. Ain't seen one of these in years! Keep it up mate. Happy new year
what happened with this?
It's tucked up in the garage, To be honest I'm waiting for a couple of body panels and it's off to the painters.
I've got loads more pictures to upload but struggle to find the time!
well i definitely want to see this!! it's things like this that help motivate me to get work done to my car... although in all honesty it's been the weather that's kept me from sitting out there figuring out why the engine won't get spark...
I've also been working on my other GT this week and she now has an MOT! I'll throw a few pics of that one up too.
Over a year since the last comment. Shame on me!
I've had a fair few setbacks, a son, untrustworthy painters, international parts sellers that don't supply parts.
Long story short I've had enough.
Paint is booked in for first week of March.
Engine builder starts work 6th March.
I've set aside time for photo uploading Saturday,
Let's do this .
Any progress on this?
There is, a lot to be fair!
I'm off to see the old girl later at the body shop, prep is almost complete its just waiting its turn for the booth. (There is currently a DeLorean in there!)
Engine is built, just need to get a rocker cover sprayed up.
Just to keep you interested here are the twins just before No.1 left for paint....
good job Matt, you gotta update this thread! We want to see new paint
Jesus, forgot this was here!
Well, 6 years on from the start of a simple project you'll be happy to know it still continues.
However, it is now finally reaching the final stages.
Uprated torsion bars and ARB to fit this weekend and I can finally put the B18c in.
Been a very long road but well worth it
One step forwards, Two steps back with this one but here's a small update....
