Nice car dude, I can see that's your pride and joy, plenty of time and money spent on it.

How quick does she go ?

BTW .. did you click on "+ Reply to Thread" button instead of "Post Quick Reply" button ? If so .. a quick way to recover from that is to simply do a CTRL-Z

Thanks mate, she certainly is my pride and joy.

She's pretty nippy to be honest. She's about on par with normal 1.6 VTi in acceleration but I find it more usable and the top end is a bit better. It doesn't help the accelration having the S9B gearbox as its a longer ratio box than the S4C found in the EK4/EM1. However the LSD definitely help make use of the power on the B roads and she's got a bit more grunt at the bottom end meaning low end pootling about isn't as much hard work as the VTI's. As I'm holding off on the turbo conversion until at least next winter I'll be taking her for a map early next year to get the most out of what I am currently running and may even get the S80 box just for the summer as she'll be visiting a few tracks.

The mistake I made was to have so many tabs open in chrome that I click on the wrong one to close! Cheers for the info tho, it may well come in handy in future.

You got any under the hood pics ?

I have but they are just after the swap where things were a bit all over the place whilst I checked it was running correctly before tidying it up. Don't judge me on the appearance too much :Blushing:
