So I am fairly new to all this.
My CR-V is most first decent motor, and I have been keen to keep it clean.
Hence some googling has revealed that in order to assist, a proper details and seal would make cleaning allot easier in future.

A little more research lead me to empty my pockets and have a go at a full detail. I don't want to go to great lengths, just make sure the vehicle is protected and easier to clean.

    So the routine.

    Rinse
2 bucket wash with auto finesse lather
    Autoglym tar remover
    Iron x
    G3 clay mit and lather
    Rinse
    Super resin polish
    Auto finesse tough prep
3 coats of auto finesse tough coat

    Attached is a pic.

I then went a bit over board and applied any layer of you h coat, and then a coat of aqua wax. Another pic is attached.

I prefer the shine of tough coat over wax. I like the sharp shine, it's different.

I only hope that protection lasts and that I can start to laze a little.

I was happy with the result. Thanks all.
Only thing is I think I prefer the look without the final coat of aqua wax.
I think is have worn off anyway.

Gonna give it a light 2b wash with ag shampoo, no wax of anything else. let's see how it looks after that.
