    Hi all,

So decided to change the gear :tut: in my CL9 Exec model today.

I bought the Type-S gaiter so I could replace my current one for when I change the gear :tut:.

Job was a bit of a b*tch as the gear gaiter doesn't mount in the same place, so I had to keep the original frame for the gear gaiter + use the new gear gaiter.

Change the gaiters over was a pain, but I won't be doing it again!

Also, the gear :tut: doesn't line up when fully on, so had to bodge it with a nut from B&Q for now, anybody know where I can get a M10 sized retaining nut that's shaped better?

What shaped M10 nut are you after ? Hex nuts are all the same shape lol

You could perhaps round off the edges yourself by filing them down and make it look smooth.

I know they are the same shape, but aftermarket gear knobs usually give you another nut with the gear :tut:.

I've ordered one from eBay that should do the job.

Think I prefer the original one, it looks more at home.
