The 8th Generation Civic can suffer from noises from the front suspension whilst driving over rough roads or bumps.

This is due to the rubber suspension bump stop located at the top of the shocker to come loose and slide away from the top shocker mount.

Its a fairly common issue with the 8th Generation. Many customers don't even notice the noise or have become so used to it that they have forgotten what the car should sound like!

Phoenix Close Honda Specialists can replace the worn rubber bump stops with genuine Honda ones for £120 all inclusive.

You will notice how quiet the suspension is immediately after they have been replaced.
