    Hello folks, after some advise.

On the way home yesterday i noticed that at about 2500 RPM(which i don't get to normally) there was a bit of hesitation, revs dropped a little then back to normal ?? Is this sign of a slipping clutch or maybe just turbo kicking or nothing to worry about. Cars a 2.2.

    Thanks in advance.

That does not sound like clutch slipping. If it was a clutch revs would rise but speed would remain the same.
No idea what it could be.maybe fuel filter is due change.

Probably is actually. I'll have to check service book. I've done 50 miles today and all seems fine, hoping it was a blip !!!

Any recurrence I have had similar issues when in heavy traffic I know its not clutch but had been putting down to car ECU adjusting revs for me. I am due a service too though so maybe it is fuel filter.

Yeah like Zoran said if it was a slipping clutch you'd get high revs and no speed.
