I think prep and putting time in to washes or polishing adds up in end to a win win.
    thanks

    Send a message to MJJC:
    https://snowfoam.aliexpress.com/store/803552

They were very helpful before i ordered a foam lance. I sent a pic of the connection of our HP washer and they gave me the right link to which lance to order.

It may takes some time from China, but it is a good lance for a good price! And enough time before spring to order.

Claying, polishing and a wax or sealant are a win win! Your car's paint is not only protected it is also much easier to clean.

I was under the impression that there were fittings for most power washers.
Hope you can get one @DrSam. It makes such a huge difference.

My mate spent some time to claybar his windscreen before he changed his wipers.
After he gave it a clean, he poured water on it to show me the water slides off (it was really good).
So as he took the wipers off, the wiper arm fell and craked his windscreen.
    He was gutted, 2008 Astra.

not good at all mate its Surprising how much dirt clay can pull off when I first got the stream even after first wash when I clayed it clay turned black mate so shows how much dirt can be on a car even after a wash.
    thanks

There are some hand foam pump things (don't no a better name for it, haha) f.e. the Gloria FM10. I have the Gloria one and don't like it! Too much work to get some foam. You can get it for free from me, but i don't know if it's worth the costs to send it to the UK.

Another option is to use a pump spray bottle (3-5 liter) and do a pre-wash/spray instead of snow foaming. I use that in the winter because i stored the high pressure washer in the house (upstairs) to prevent for freezing in the garage.
A snow foam and pre-wash are both to loosen dirt without touching the car before you go to the 2(3)-bucket wash.
