    Hi guys,

My 7th Generation seems to keep needing attention.

My passenger side window seems really sluggish to go up today, so I've left it in that position.

I'd reckon this is a window regulator, please correct me otherwise.

    Is this an easy job?

Silicone spray the channels mate first then see what it does.

Take the door card off to access them or just spray down the side of the window?

IIRC, it's just down the sides, giving it a few minutes to soak in.

I would take the door card off and give the rubber guide a good clean, using a flat screw driver wrapped in cloth and use some silicone spray. Go round as much of the rubber as possible all of the way round. It'll work a treat.

Thanks Gents - it is still working, just a bit reluctant to go up - down is no problem.

that means you still have curd in the channels mate, it will be moss.

    Yep, that'll be it.

Just clean it as per my previous post.

Looks like the full clean up is needed, as per Speedy's reply.

Right, just back in from stripping the door etc, cleaned it as suggested, although the section nearest the windscreen was tough to get to.

Seems to run much better now guys, thanks for the help.

Can't, window is completely stuck. Tired helping it down while pressing the switch down, it's no good.
